Our founding Principal, Yong Cho, visited Copenhagen in the summer of 2022 to explore and learn from its vibrant urban environment. The goal was to learn from this city’s transformation from a car-centered city 40 years ago to the people-centered city it is today and use this knowledge when thinking about our evolving communities in Colorado. We're excited to share our newly completed project, the Clara Brown Commons! Named in honor of Clara Brown the "Angle of the Rockies", this four-story, mixed-income community features 61 thoughtfully designed apartments across one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. On the site, Studio Completiva also designed 17 townhomes for Habitat for Humanity that offer a range of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom options. The project also includes a playground, seating areas, and BBQ facilities, enhancing the neighborhood’s communal experience. Exciting construction update from our project in Colorado Springs! Paloma Garden, a Volunteers of America senior affordable housing project, is progressing well.
