I am pleased to share an exciting development that supports the readiness and resilience of our nation’s military personnel. Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) has been awarded a new contract by the U.S. Army G-9’s Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) to enhance the physical and psychological health of Soldiers, Families, and Department of Defense Civilians. We wish to share this information with your readers. The Master Resilience Training/Training Center Support (MRT/TCS) contract provides Master Resilience Trainers – Performance Experts (MRT-PEs) to 33 Ready and Resilient (R2) Performance Centers across the Army. These experts help our service members strengthen mental resilience, maximize training benefits, and cultivate the skills needed for strong, cohesive teams. The work performed under this contract will take place at Army installations throughout the United States and internationally in Korea, Japan, Italy, and Germany. These efforts align with the Army’s commitment to reducing harmful behaviors and promoting personal readiness—an essential component of mission success. SRI is honored to be entrusted with this mission and looks forward to supporting the Army’s goal of maintaining a ready and resilient force.
