With over 200 applicants from Hamburg’s universities, only 30 top talents were selected to develop science-based business models - culminating in a high-energy pitch event at Factory Hammerbrooklyn. From AI-powered auditing to next-gen biotech solutions, the event highlighted how research can drive real-world impact. Startups like synqio and styx wowed the audience with cutting-edge applications, while winners like Gaitxpert (health-focused wearable) and pickz ai (AI-driven glasses selection) took home top prizes.
