The ideal candidate will have prior experience with freelancing platforms and a strong understanding of business development and online project acquisition. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Identify and bid on potential projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms. Write clear, customized and persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements. Communicate with clients professionally and handle initial negotiations. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients. Coordinate with internal teams to understand services and deliver project requirements accurately. Work toward achieving monthly targets for bidding, client conversion, and revenue generation. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 1+ year of experience in business development or bidding on freelancing platforms like Upwork. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong understanding of freelancing marketplaces and digital services. Familiarity with services such as Web/App Development, UI/UX Design, SEO, and Content Creation. Goal-oriented, self-driven and a good team player. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and contribute to projects that involve machine learning, data analysis, and AI development. You will have the chance to work with state-of-the-art tools and frameworks in a dynamic, collaborative environment. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Assist in developing and implementing Python-based AI models and solutions. Work with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn to build and optimize models. Collaborate with the data team to clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets for AI training purposes. Write well-structured, efficient, and reusable Python code to solve complex problems. Conduct experiments to validate model performance and tune parameters. Participate in code reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings. Help automate tasks and improve internal tools using Python and AI techniques. Dockerize applications and deploy Python-based AI APIs using Docker containers. Document your work and contribute to the knowledge base of the team. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Solid understanding of Python and its libraries (e.g., NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib). Familiarity with machine learning concepts and algorithms. Hands-on experience with at least one machine learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. A passion for AI and learning new technologies.Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus. Experience with Docker, including the ability to Dockerize applications and deploy Python-based AI APIs in containers. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Experience with AI or machine learning projects (e.g., through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships). Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Exposure to deep learning and neural networks is a plus. The Human Resource Executive and payroll Specialist manages various aspects of human resources and payroll functions within the organization. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, training and development, overseeing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
