  • We are pleased to announce the Winner of the St. Camillus Favorite Family Recipe Contest we held in March for the "Food Connects Us" program. We received an overwhelming response, from staff, residents/patients, visitors and family members. The winner is... Rose, a family member, and her "AWESOME BROWNIE" recipe!!! But, that's not the best part. The winning recipe will be featured today as a SPECIAL TREAT for our residents/patients during lunch! A huge thank you to the amazing team (Recreation, Dietary/Nutrition Services & Food Services) that worked together to make this initiative a success. Check out the winner Rose, as well as Jordana, Director of Food Services, and James, Chef, as they model the winning dish! Here's the recipe for those of you who want to try it... Who doesn't love an awesome brownie????

  • Well, we asked for our community to come together to celebrate National Greeting Card Day and you DELIVERED.... Literally!!! 📬 💌 Our friends were thrilled to receive cards today. And we are overwhelmed (and humbled) by the loving response from our community. We received more than cards from schools, community organizations, churches, individuals and loved ones - from across the country! Be sure to check out the 3-D beach snow globe greeting from Kathy in Rhode Island - truly special. Thank you to everyone for participating! Our Friends: Jennifer, Ronnie K., Rose, Kathy, Linda, Teri, Judy Touching Hearts at Home (Syracuse, N.Y) @Reflecions Management & Care, Moses Dewitt Elementary School, Jamesville-Dewitt High School- JD, Central School District, Faith Lutheran Church and many more who were thoughtful enough to send cards!

  • What a great event! Coffee & Conversation with Clear Path for Veterans was an extraordinary experience - partnering our residents with local veterans from our community. We talked about life, family, fishing and shared stories from their experiences serving our county. We were so honored to have them here and happy to have our own resident veterans participate. However, you don't have to be a veteran to participate - all residents, patients and visitors are welcome. Plus, the coffee and muffins were DELICIOUS. A special thank you to our very own resident veteran, Joe, for helping get this partnership established. We will be meeting on a monthly basis, and we couldn't be more thrilled.

  • It's Here! It's Here! Spring has officially SPRUNG! We made it. 🌺 And with the nice weather, our courtyards will be open. As a matter of fact, many of our residents and visitors enjoyed some fresh air and sunshine yesterday to welcome Spring to St. Camillus. Plus - EXCITING NEWS! We have a mama duck sighting!!! 🦆 Every year she comes back to our courtyard to lay her eggs. We can't wait to see the baby ducklings 🐣 again this year. Stay tuned for duckling updates.
