Recently, we partnered with several universities to provide opportunities for students to learn about all things Spectrum. University of North Carolina at Charlotte students explored the latest #tech innovations driving our operations in our Charlotte-based Data Center. Members of Howard University's Society for Women Engineers dove into the world of robotics at their Spectrum-sponsored Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day event. In partnership with TeamSnap, we have recently expanded our commitment to supporting over 720 youth sports programs nationwide through 2027. As a corporate sponsor, we’ll be helping to reduce the cost of participation and provide scholarships for young athletes in need. In addition to facilities and equipment upgrades, branded jerseys and field signage, we are also helping to connect community sports with professional athletics. In Hawai’i, Field #Technicians Caragh, Chelsea and Justine work to ensure local customers have access to the connectivity services they rely on. Responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, working between hub sites and customer connection points, and monitoring signal strength, this group has built strong bonds with each other, their co-workers and the customers they serve.
