Today, SoundExchange and the National Association of Broadcasters announced an agreement on increased non-subscription rates applicable to Commercial Broadcasters and other royalty payment details, ahead of the Copyright Royalty Board’s Web VI upcoming rate setting hearings. This deal, which spans from 2026 to 2030, ensures necessary increases for the creative community we represent while allowing us to avoid the costs, uncertainties, and distractions associated with litigation.
