About us
It all started 80 years ago in Portugal when the Gilman Family, present in the business to this day, founded their company and started a path of business innovation. Our desire to do more and keep innovating drove us to cross the Atlantic and establish Sofresco in the USA (Malvern, PA), in 2019. We use high-pressure processing and cold-pressed methods to create 100% natural juices and shots with no added water, sugar, or preservatives.
