SOF Missions combats the suicide epidemic by providing restorative whole health medical care to veterans and military service members. The SOF Missions’ Be Resilient Clinics are 1-week medical intensives that bring together 10 veterans and approx. 20 healthcare providers in an intradisciplinary approach with a focus on psychological, physical, social, and spiritual treatments. Providers assess, treat, and work to overcome challenges of military service such as PTSD, mild traumatic brain injury, chronic/acute pain, sleep issues, isolation, stress, and moral injury. After the clinic, veterans receive follow on care for up to a year, with 30, 60, 90-day and 6-month check-ups with our medical team. This care is provided at no cost to the veteran.

An Update on Hunter’s Journey Today, I share another chapter in our story. Hunter has endured so much already—pelvis surgery, right femur, mid spine, right arm… and now, there are more surgeries ahead: left hand, back to the pelvis, lower spine, and then back to the left hand. It’s overwhelming, to say the least, but we know that each step brings us closer to healing. I am incredibly grateful for the dedicated team of orthopedic and neurosurgeons, and all the specialists working tirelessly on my son. There are so many brilliant minds involved, and their care and expertise mean the world to us. As his father, there’s nothing more comforting than being able to hold Hunter. His skin is warm, and I feel so incredibly lucky to be by his side, despite the heartbreak of seeing him in such pain. Please continue to pray for him, for strength, healing, and God’s miraculous touch. We need all the prayers we can get, and I know that with His help, Hunter will emerge stronger. Thank you all for your support, love, and prayers. We feel them deeply, and they remind us that we’re not alone on this journey. Please, God, heal my son.
