Simplifyber's collaboration with the automotive giant Kia Worldwide (KIA), showcases the dexterity of Simplifyber's technology. Our manufacturing platform is agnostic to vertical market and produces car parts on the very same assembly line as it produces footwear. Simplifyber created the Instrument Panel (Dashboard) and associated door panels for KIA's brand new EV2 concept car (image below; © KIA). These components used Simplifyber's next-generation proprietary cellulose-based formulation, Simplifyber Fybron™ – a material made from a mix of sources including wood, paper and/or recycled textiles. This collaboration marks KIA as the first automotive brand to apply Simplifyber Fybron™ in vehicle design. #materialinnovation #sustainablefashion #nextgenmaterials #climatetech #newmanufacturing #3Dmanufacturing #sustainablematerials #automotive #KIA #Hyundai Hyundai Motor Company (현대자동차)

Bringing Founders & Investors Together for Impact 🚀 On March 13—we had the pleasure of hosting our Founder & Investor Get-Together in Zürich—a day filled with inspiring conversations, meaningful connections, and fresh insights into the world of sustainable innovation. We brought together a dynamic mix of startup founders & CEOs, investors from our fund, and other key guests to: ✅ Get an update on the progress of our portfolio companies— Mosa Meat, Planted, sykell, Polytag Limited, Simplifyber, Nfinite Nanotech, and more. ✅ Discuss the current fundraising landscape and what it means for both founders and investors. ✅ Foster valuable connections—between LPs & founders, startups & advisors, and among founders themselves. A huge thank you to our keynote speakers for sharing their perspectives: 🎤 Maxence de Royer (Nestlé) on the role of corporates in sustainability 🎤 Dorothee Niebergall (HUGO BOSS) on innovation in fashion & textiles 🎤 Anders Indset for challenging us with his philosophical take on the future of business Events like these remind us why we do what we do—creating opportunities for collaboration, sparking new ideas, and pushing the boundaries of impact investing. To everyone who joined us: Thank you! Looking forward to seeing where these conversations lead. 💡 #ImpactInvesting #Startups #Networking #Sustainability #VentureCapital
