Another month, another exciting event! Simplex recently hosted a Wellness Fair at Fujirebio, offering a diverse lineup of vendors. From Physical Therapy and Nutrition Therapy to Movement Therapy, employees had the opportunity to explore a well-rounded selection of wellness resources!

Welcome 2025! Simplex Wellness started the New Year with an Open House Wellness Event at the Logan Square Fitness Center! January is a time for fresh resolutions, and our dedicated staff hosted this event to inspire wellness while showcasing everything Simplex has to offer. In a dynamic, multitenant building where businesses are constantly evolving, hosting events like this is a great way to spark interest and highlight our services.

Time for a SPOTLIGHT 🔦 John Sanchez is our Fitness Manager at Commerce Square in Center City, Philadephia. John recently organized a highly successful Fall Fit Fair that welcomed both the members of the Commerce multi-tenant buildings and the public. He brought in valued partners like Strive Physical Therapy and Philly Runner, while also promoting exciting new vendors such as Performance Meal Prep and the Vitamin Shoppe. We’re grateful for his commitment to showcasing diverse aspects of wellness. We're most grateful for his leadership on the Simplex Wellness team!

Last week, Simplex Wellness and One Liberty Place collaborated for a successful Fall Fit Fiesta!
