In the past 5 years we have launched 5 products ranging from 2" to 6" of travel and supporting payloads of 500 to 5000 lbs. Our direct to customer sales and support model allows us to utilize lean manufacturing and provide the best value to the end customer, raising quality standards, lowering prices and increasing overall participation in the automotive and simulation markets. (Our goal from the onset) Features unique to Sigma DK motion systems are: - complete CNC billet construction to improve the transfer of haptics - the use of premium integrated motors from Teknic, Inc (USA manufacturer) - custom in-house high voltage motion controller and algorithms DK is the cumulative integration of mechanical, electrical and software engineering first principles.

5 Cooler Master DynX rigs at 50th Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach last weekend. Thousands of rides and plenty of prizes handed out to the fastest drivers running the same car setup and Long Beach Circuit in iRacing.com... Not to stress this enough but the rig is the foundation of your simulation experience. A solid rigid base is foundational for a proper haptic experience.

Incredible to see how fast the auto industry is adopting simulation 🏎️. After the EU team spending a month with BMW M, it's Cooler Master's US team that teamed up with Acura 🇺🇸 with a crazy man cave setup 🕹️. The simulation right next to the real race car 🤯. The links to motorsport have never been so strong and more brands are jumping onboard 🏁. Within few years, the realism went through the roof 🚀 it's not just the great jobs done by the games like iRacing.com, with constant updates 🔧. But in the past 5 years, the peripherals became central to this growth with Simucube innovations 🛠️, realistic motion systems like Sigma Integrale⚙️, and even pushing the boundaries with the sim steering wheels becoming better than the real race car wheels 🛠️... and now they are playing catch up. The DK motion system is wildly overbuilt, few truly understand this. Precision machined from billet aluminum or solid steel, with premium components and American made motors. The level of manufacturing is similar to that of F1 engineering and aerospace industries. Maintenance is not needed. Kind of like a 1950’s American made refrigerator that is still running in someone’s basement. Send it!
