Sierra at Southlake

Located in Southlake, Texas, Sierra at Southlake is a premier outpatient treatment center for adults in communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metropolitan area. Our center provides personalized outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older of all genders who have developed anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addiction, and other mental and behavioral health concerns. Based on a thorough assessment of each adult’s unique needs, their outpatient treatment at Sierra at Southlake may be offered via a partial hospitalization program (PHP) or an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We serve adults who can benefit from step-down support after completing inpatient or residential programs, as well as those who are entering treatment directly at one of the outpatient levels we offer. Every adult who participates in outpatient treatment at Sierra at Southlake receives a personalized outpatient treatment plan. Depending on factors such as treatment history, needs, and level of care, an adult’s personalized outpatient treatment plan may include basic medical care, medication management, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. The therapeutic component of outpatient treatment for adults at Sierra at Southlake may incorporate several evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. We also offer trauma-informed care, the Seeking Safety model, and focused services to improve internal family systems and promote emotion regulation.
