#Tampa partners Alyssa Cory and Garrett Tozier, as well as #Tallahassee partner Amber Nunnally, recently attended the Appellate Practice Section of The Florida Bar’s 2025 Retreat in Rome, Italy. In addition to spending time with appellate judges from four of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal and from Florida’s circuit courts around the state, the retreat provided them with exposure to the Italian legal system and canon law, learning experiences with Italian practitioners, a tour of the Italian Supreme Court, as well as a panel discussion with judges from the Italian Supreme Court.
