“Women have always belonged in STEM, bringing innovation, diverse perspectives, and critical problem-solving to shape the future.”
What inspired you to pursue a career in STEM?
“A combination of curiosity, problem-solving, and a desire for making a real difference led me to STEM. Science has always fascinated me, and from a young age, I knew I wanted to contribute to something meaningful. Whether through innovation, discovery, or improving lives, I’ve always been driven to create a positive impact in the world.”
What do you love most about your job?
“I love that my work directly contributes to advancements that improve lives, particularly cancer healthcare. Knowing that my role in radio-analysis supports cancer patients and enhances safety in pharmaceuticals gives my work purpose. I also enjoy the problem-solving aspect. Tackling complex challenges, optimizing processes, and collaborating with brilliant minds. STEM is constantly evolving, and the opportunity to learn, innovate, and make a real impact keeps me motivated every day.”
