It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our CEO and co-owner, Wayne Jeveli, who collapsed suddenly while hiking on Saturday morning. Wayne was not only a leader, but a driving force behind Shellback’s vision, values, and growth. The name “Shellback” itself reflects his naval background—an experience that shaped his character and leadership style. His passion, integrity, and commitment to this organization were unmatched, and his longtime presence in the semiconductor industry made him a well-known figure who led with exceptional charisma and vast industry knowledge. His loss will be deeply felt across our entire community. Graham Stone, our co-owner and board member, will immediately step in as CEO. Graham and Wayne worked closely together as partners for over 25 years on company strategy, operations, and priorities. Graham’s leadership will ensure uninterrupted service to our valued customers and supply chain partners.
