The First Name in Safety

About us

Safety First Group Industrial, LLC (SFG) is a unique, Texas based company combining high quality Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) with Project and Turnaround Support Services. With over 100 years of combined success our staff has a proven track record for providing a safer work environment, a high-level commissioning method and providing cost effective solutions to our clients. Our claim for uniqueness is simply this: Our company’s core focus is safety first in every aspect of our business. Years of experience has taught us that when a company or business is on the go, it needs to be able to rely on one trusted source for all of its safety needs. To such companies we say, “SFG was designed from the floor up with you in mind”. SFG, like its name implies, is "safety-minded" first. In part, that explains why we have had no in-house loss/claims to date since the founding of it’s parent company Safety First Inc in 1997. Such safety consciousness is what we pass on to our clients’ management & employees. Whether it’s training, compliance, audits, inspection, commissioning, project management, QA/QC, safety, or environmental management, come to the first name in safety, SFG Industrial LLC.

Process Safety Management (PSM) isn’t just a regulatory checkbox—it’s the backbone of a safe, sustainable, and successful operation. In industries handling hazardous materials or complex processes, PSM is the difference between thriving and catastrophe. The stakes are high: a single oversight can lead to devastating incidents, loss of life, environmental damage, and millions in losses. Yet, when done right, PSM doesn’t just mitigate risk—it drives efficiency, builds trust, and protects your bottom line. The stats speak for themselves. According to the U.S. Chemical Safety Board, inadequate PSM has been a root cause in countless industrial incidents over the past decade. But it’s not just about avoiding disaster—it’s about creating a culture of safety that empowers teams, ensures compliance, and future-proofs your business. From thorough hazard analyses to robust training programs and emergency preparedness, PSM is a comprehensive framework that demands expertise and commitment. That’s where Safety First Group comes in. At Safety First Group, we specialize in helping businesses implement and optimize Process Safety Management systems tailored to their unique needs. Whether you’re refining your risk assessments, strengthening operational controls, or navigating regulatory requirements, our team brings decades of experience to the table. We’ve seen firsthand how proactive PSM transforms organizations—reducing incidents, boosting morale, and safeguarding reputations. Safety isn’t a cost—it’s an investment. If you’re ready to elevate your process safety game, let’s connect. Safety First Group is here to partner with you, ensuring your people, processes, and profits are protected. Reach out today to learn more about how we can help your business lead with safety at its core. #ProcessSafety #SafetyFirst #BusinessResilience
