Our recent whitepaper, 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲, explores the intent and impact of Saudi Arabia’s Nazaha Law, which took effect in November 2024. The law significantly expands Nazaha’s authority and signals a move towards greater transparency and accountability. Key areas of progress include strengthened governance frameworks, expanded corporate liability, and improved whistleblower protections. While it will take time to fully understand the new Nazaha Law’s impact on anti-corruption efforts and public trust, the potential for a more transparent and fair business environment is significant. As we look to the future, we will be closely monitoring how these new regulations bolster the Kingdom's anti-corruption efforts. Read more: https://lnkd.in/e6yJYd7b
