Yesterday, our Chief People Officer, Shimrit Markette, led a team conversation around something that sits at the heart of our culture of excellence: feedback. She reminded us of a few key truths: ✅ Accountable people seek feedback. ✅ Feedback helps us grow—and growth is our goal. ✅ The most powerful question we can ask ourselves after receiving feedback is: “Is that a belief I want them to hold?” If not... what needs to change? Because feedback creates movement. Focused feedback creates movement in the right direction. Here’s to embracing feedback that is kind, honest, and forward-moving. 💬

Plane thoughts: Glad I was able to emerge from my internet cave (home office) for a few days. See customers in person instead of through a screen. Talk shop with respected industry veterans and newcomers, all learning from one another. Mostly, appreciate the team I'm lucky to be a part of at Second Nature for all of their hard work delivering the right experiences at the right time. And over- delivering on the requirement of having fun while they do it. Gratitude makes me less upset about TSA stealing my toothpaste from my bag at the security checkpoint.
