SEAN PART TWO With two girls to get ready for school, Sean is up early! Once he makes lunch and drops his daughters off at school, he stops for coffee and heads to the factory to start his day. As a Manufacturing Manager, he walks the floor to see how he can help his team and make sure that production is running safely and smoothly. His team relies on him to share data to help make their days run more efficiently. He believes that every challenge is an opportunity for improvement. By encouraging open communication and collaboration, Sean fosters a culture of problem-solving where everyone feels empowered to contribute their ideas. #scnbestco #peoplepoweredinnovation 

Small acts of kindness can have a big impact! For Valentine’s Day this year, our team in Santa Cruz knew just what to do to share the love! They spent time making handcrafted valentines to share with Wings Homeless Advocacy to put into welcome baskets for formerly homeless families as they move into new homes and Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) to share with patients. Construction paper, markers, and a whole lot of heart helped to spread love one handmade card at a time. 

SEAN PART ONE Meet Sean, one of our Manufacturing Managers. Sean has been with the SCN BestCo team almost 22 years. He started in a series of operator roles and then was promoted to supervisor and later promoted again to Manufacturing Manager. Sean is a true veteran of our team. His deep understanding of our operations and his commitment to building strong relationships make him an exceptional leader. Fun fact: both of Sean’s parents worked for SCN BestCo. It shaped how he feels about the value of relationships and how they can make a team stronger. #scnbestco #peoplepoweredinnovation 

JORGE PART TWO Jorge starts his day early! With two kids at home, he has his hands full in the morning. Once he’s at work, he does a walkthrough of the factory, taking notes of items to come back to take a closer look at. He works with keen eyes and a series of checklists, some daily and some weekly, that guide him through his day. Jorge tells us that he feels a strong connection to SCN BestCo’s purpose of helping people live healthier lives through his work of providing a clean, sanitized environment in our factory. His commitment to quality is shared by the entire team and each person contributes to that mission. #scnbestco #peoplepoweredinnovation
