Gone are the days when ROAS and Digital Search earned investment. Advertisers (and customers for that matter!) want something more holistic, more measurable, more engaging… At Sam’s Club Member Access Platform (MAP), we are excited about this evolution. Why? Because we have always worked to deliver MORE than Impressions. We create Experiences. 🚨 And these experiences are driving real…engaging…verifiable performance. Take Scan & Go, Sam’s Club’s proprietary mobile self-checkout experience. We launched Scan & Go Display ads late last year and the performance has been incredible. 71% of Members reached via Scan & Go display ads are incremental and these ads are driving 10x higher CTR compared to non-Scan & Go display ads. That’s magic. A Member…in the physical store (what we call our Clubs)…using their mobile device…receiving an ad…at the perfect moment for conversion. It doesn’t get any better.
