2024 Saluda Grade Report Card:  Significant fundraising, platform capability expansion, active securitization issuance, and phenomenal talent acquisition. 𝗦𝗚 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁) In 2024, SGAM expanded the platform to include two commingled credit funds and two SMA's, while onboarding new investor relationships that we anticipate growing to nearly $3bn of *new* AUM after ramping. 𝗦𝗚 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 (𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆) SGV launched its third growth equity fund, closing $100mm in commitments in October with a final target of north of $150mm. Updates from our portfolio companies: SGV helped seed the successful launch of CV3 Financial Services coming into 2024, Builders Capital raised $500mm in a new partnership with InterVest capital partners, Unlock Technologies closed $30mm Series B with D2 Asset Management, LP who is backed by Koch Real Estate. We finalized the successful exit from Spring EQ with its acquisition by Cerberus Capital Management. Figure spun out its Lending unit as it became the nation's largest non-bank #HELOC lender. And Wrightwell launched a partnership with Bain Capital and Saluda Grade to purchase $300M in homes. 𝗦𝗚 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 (𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲) SGAM sponsored and issued $2.5bn across 10 new securitizations, our biggest year yet. 𝗦𝗚 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 (“𝗚𝗟𝗦”) SG has been building a technology enabled alternative mortgage servicing company in stealth mode for the past 18+ months – Grade Loan Servicing Solutions (GLS) now has 10+ people and is headquartered in Denver.
