We're excited to share new enhancements to the Agent Portal and MySageSure inspection review experience, making it easier than ever to view, understand, and address inspection conditions. Producers and policyholders can now see a detailed and clear explanation of the issue, the corresponding inspection photos in a user-friendly gallery view, and the steps and proof required to resolve the issue. Over the past six weeks, I've been fulfilling my longtime dream of riding my bike across the country. Our group of 13 riders started in San Diego, CA and will finish this weekend in St. Augustine, FL. Along this 3,000+ mile journey across 8 states, we've battled wind, rain, elevation, and way too many flat tires. It's been an incredibly challenging and rewarding experience, and I feel so fortunate to have the opportunity. None of this would have been possible without the support of my family and the SageSure team. SageSure hosted a step competition for the team to virtually follow along my route. SageSure and Auros successfully closed the Gateway Re Series catastrophe bond at $150 million, a 20 percent upsize from its $125 million target. The 2025-2 series will provide multi-year named storm reinsurance protection for both Auros, a first-time cedent entering the insurance-linked securities (ILS) market, and Elevate. With the completion of this transaction, the SageSure-supported Gateway Re franchise has secured more than $2 billion in cumulative notional limit, making SageSure one of the top five primary insurance carrier catastrophe bond sponsors in the world.
