OPEN POSITION: SCI INTERNSHIP 25-26 Do you want to work with international trade in Washington D.C and Tokyo? Swedish Chambers International (SCI) is looking for a trainee to join us in early August 2025 to June 2026 for a unique internship in two exciting and contrasting markets, providing you with the ultimate global business experience. You will gain access to a network of over 30 Swedish Chambers of Commerce connected to over 3.500 Swedish global offices. The world will be your workplace. Who are you? The traineeship requires high levels of flexibility, independence, creativity and cultural adaptation. We are looking for someone who dares to think outside the box and thrives in international settings, with an interest in supporting Swedish firms abroad. A background in international business, business, economics, marketing or global affairs is beneficial. Due to the funding structure, you must be a Swedish citizen. English is required as a professional language. Your tasks will be two-folded: 1. Coordinate the SCI network together with the coordinator in Stockholm. This is where you can release your creativity and actively shape the network. 2. Assisting The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce (SACC-USA) in Washington D.C and The Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan SCCJ with hands-on tasks such as event planning, research and communication. This is where you will experience the daily activities of a Chamber of Commerce. Stipend of 190.000 SEK from Scholarship Fund for Swedish Youth Abroad to cover all living costs (incl. travel, visa, housing and food). How to apply?
