April is a month of awareness, celebration, and inclusivity. Join us in recognizing World Autism Month, where we raise awareness about neurodiversity and create inclusive spaces for those with autism. Simple steps like addressing sensory sensitivities, communicating clearly, and raising awareness about biases can make a world of difference. We also celebrate International Lesbian Visibility Day, championing LGBT+ rights, and spring religious celebrations like Passover, Vaisakhi, and Easter—embracing diverse cultures and traditions. #InclusionMatters #WorldAutismMonth #LGBTQRights #SpringCelebrations #DiversityInclusion

Cultural diversity brings new perspectives to teams— but also different working styles. Some employees thrive on efficiency, while others prioritize context. Without alignment, misunderstandings can derail collaboration. How can teams bridge these gaps? It starts with clear expectations, inclusive practices, and open dialogue. Wrapping up my trip to London, where I got to meet with RW3 CultureWizard’s UK team, including wonderful client visits with Mallory Matney and Mark White . I also got to leave London for the first time while on a work trip and made my way over to Slough, and I got to have some truly amazing pizza with the wonderful Lucy Iremonger, one of our many great partners at Mercer! As always, leaving London with great experiences and humbled by the greatness of this city and this country, a greatness which I got to briefly witness when I visited the Churchill War Rooms (included two photos from there), once I was able to take an hour to myself during this whirlwind week! Glad that I’ll be back in soon (in June)!

Despite the headlines, a new study reveals that most Americans actually support diversity and inclusion. The catch? Many underestimate just how widespread that support truly is. And the more we stay silent about DEI, the more the misperception about its popularity grows. Business leaders face a crucial choice: stay quiet and let the perception gap widen, or speak up and help close it. What do you think is driving the disconnect between perception and reality? #DEI #Leadership https://lnkd.in/embrtwWV
