We had a great day celebrating the ground blessing for Troy Housing! This inspiring new mixed-income development at 1425 Boone Street in Troy, MO, is the result of collaboration between Catholic Charities Housing and The Oakland Group, LLC, bringing 60 much-needed apartment homes to the area. Through a partnership with Bridge of Hope of Lincoln County, this development will also provide permanent supportive housing and essential services to uplift vulnerable populations. Amenities include a playground, patio, off-street secure parking, a community building with supportive service staff onsite, a fitness center, and more. We are excited to provide architectural services for this project.
