We are a non-profit venture studio that brings together leading energy corporations, government agencies, labs, and universities to build and commercialize disruptive technologies that address the world’s biggest energy challenges. Our corporate partners and sponsors include Devon Energy, Helmerich & Payne, ONEOK, and Williams. Each year, we support 15 founders, helping them gain momentum through piloting opportunities with potential customers, non-dilutive funding, an entrepreneur-in-residence, and business concierge services (i.e., IP/legal support, grant writing, marketing, and access to VCs). To date, our portfolio of 8 startups have raised over $35M in funding and count Oklahoma’s largest energy companies as their customers. Rose Rock Bridge was founded in 2022 to create a leading energy innovation hub in the Tulsa region.

This patent, titled Automated Identification of Serial or Sequential Data Patterns by Marker Fingerprinting, is a big leap forward for our pattern recognition technology—starting with tops picking in the oil & gas industry. At HXMX, we believe interpretation work deserves better tools. This patent sets the stage for a future where tedious, repetitive tasks are replaced with fast, objective, and scalable solutions.
