  • Congrats to the Rose Team, Ares Real Estate Debt, and Newmark on the refinancing of Hamilton Crossing! This multifamily development in White Plains is comprised of a 213 unit ground-up development, a 255-unit adaptive re-use of an obsolete office building, and a pre-cast parking garage. The community shares resort-style amenities including a rooftop pool, a two floor state-of-the-art fitness center, multi-sport simulators, and extensive co-working, lounge, and gaming areas.

    We are pleased to share that Ares Real Estate Debt provided a $168M senior loan to Rose Associates for the refinancing of Hamilton Crossing, a 468-unit multifamily asset across two adjacent buildings in White Plains, New York. We are proud to fund this Class A, newly delivered asset featuring market and affordable rate units.   • Celebrating 100 years of integrity. In 1945, Frederick Rose joined the firm followed by his brother Daniel a few years later. Representing the second generation, Fred and Dan brought energy and fresh insight to Rose Associates, now a well-established New York City development company. In 1951, Rose developed The Park Grammercy, located at 7 Lexington Avenue and pictured below.
