Last week, in celebration of Holi, our employee resource group NAPA (Network for Asian Pacific Americans) hosted a vibrant event featuring delicious authentic food and engaging and educational activities. It was a joyful gathering that brought our community together to embrace the spirit of the festival. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the celebration a colorful success!

Celebrating 100 years of integrity. In 1945, Frederick Rose joined the firm followed by his brother Daniel a few years later. Representing the second generation, Fred and Dan brought energy and fresh insight to Rose Associates, now a well-established New York City development company. In 1951, Rose developed The Park Grammercy, located at 7 Lexington Avenue and pictured below.
