Tawanna Monroe, an office manager at Roper St. Francis Healthcare and a mother, is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with the help of the system’s tuition benefit. Sneak Peek: Roper St. Francis Healthcare just hit a major milestone—the building design for the new Roper Hospital campus is complete! Teammates spent more than 550 hours working with architects from E4H Environments for Health Architecture, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), and builders from Barton Malow and EDIFICE Construction to design the hospital and its rooms, providing practical, experience-based feedback from the people who will care for patients in the space.
