We are excited to share we have launched a new pilot program today at Phoenix High School with Sitelink! We’re integrating BIM models into real-world environments using geolocation and QR codes—just scan and align to visualize building systems on site. With seamless integrations to Procore and Autodesk Docs, the Sitelink app allows us to create RFIs and issues in real time, geotagged and ready for immediate action. We are excited to share the progress on the City of Tracy Multi-Generation Recreation Center!    Our team has been hard at work with the placement of CMU walls, steel embeds and ledgers being installed, and concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters taking shape.   Site improvements are in full swing, bringing us closer to completion each day. Rain or shine, our team at Roebbelen is forging ahead at Phoenix High School in Lincoln, CA.    We are currently wrapping up exterior framing and moving on to the next phases. With soffits in place, our plaster contractor is meticulously applying the liquid vapor barrier, setting the stage for exterior finishes.   Inside the building, drywall installation is complete, and taping and texturing are in progress. Polished concrete floors have been protected in preparation for the final finish. MEP systems are nearing completion, with preparations for painting and ceiling installation well underway.   We're on track for a summer completion and are excited to share the finished project with you. We are pleased to share significant progress on our community pool project. The footings and pit walls for the pool building have been poured, and the first two CMU courses are in place. The pool and splash ground rebar installation is complete, along with the pool piping and electrical stub outs. Currently, we are installing perforated pipes and backfilling at the pool building pit, and the application of shotcrete on the pool structure is ongoing. Upcoming tasks include applying shotcrete to the splash ground surge pit, pouring the pool building slab on grade, continuing the CMU block installation, trenching for PG&E service and laying out and excavating for the splash ground footings. The World Record is Back!   What an unforgettable day at the Builders 4 Kids Charity Cornhole Tournament!   Competitors took their best shot, and not only did they bring their A-game, but they also reclaimed the Guinness World Record for the Longest Cornhole Toss with an unbelievable throw of 87.894 feet!   The true achievement of the day was the successful effort to raise critical funds for Capital College & Career Academy (CCCA).
