Congratulations to Human Resources Risk Supervisor, Lisa Fioravante, for receiving her CEAS II: Expanded Ergonomics Assessment Skills Certification. The CEAS II builds on the foundation of basic ergonomics principles and best practices. During the certification training, Lisa acquired knowledge on why ergonomic injuries happen, use of additional assessment tools, task step analysis, and the role posture and task repetition play.
