  • Today's member spotlight is the helpful Tyler Adams! Tyler Adams is a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, dedicated to helping clients secure their financial futures through personalized strategies and comprehensive planning. With an emphasis on building lasting relationships, Tyler takes pride in educating individuals and empowering them to achieve their financial goals. Tyler earned his B.S. in Management from St. John Fisher University, where he actively served as an Executive Intern in the Office of Institutional Advancement. In this role, he supported the university’s landmark Fisher Forward fundraising campaign. Notably, Tyler also served as Chair of the 38th Annual Teddi Dance for Love, Fisher’s largest and oldest tradition. Under Tyler’s guidance and the best Vice Chair and Captains, the committee raised a record-breaking $111,267 in support of Camp Good Days & Special Times, an organization serving families affected by cancer. His passion for service continued beyond graduation, as Tyler now serves as a Co-Chair of the Associate Board of Directors for Camp Good Days, actively supporting fundraising initiatives and community engagement efforts. His extensive volunteer experience includes years of leadership starting back at Scotia-Glenville High School. Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Tyler excelled as a Senior District Sales Manager at ADP, where he advised businesses on optimizing their operations. His professional background includes positions at Paychex and CAP COM Federal Credit Union, where he developed his expertise in financial services, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Outside of his career, Tyler enjoys spending quality time outdoors, with friends and family, exploring new cuisines, and continuously seeking new opportunities to learn and grow. Tyler’s diverse experiences, combined with his deep-rooted dedication to community service, reflect his unwavering commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.   • Today's member spotlight is the resourceful Samantha Eib! Samantha Eib thrives on building relationships, solving challenges, and making a positive impact—both in business and in life. She is a dynamic problem-solver, and the Business Development Lead at GLC Business Services. Samantha takes a service-based approach to her work, which she defines as helping companies identify, and resolve underwhelming performance. Whether it's enhancing information governance-based workflows that make document services, physical records and mail accessible for remote teams, creating a welcoming and supportive office experience including reception, hospitality, technical helpdesk, and concierge support, or reinforcing a wide variety of Human Resources (HR) tools and services, Samantha ensures everyone GLC supports gets increasingly productive, efficient, and effective. With a degree in business management, and over a decade of experience, Samantha is passionate about supporting people and fostering growth. In addition to her professional expertise, she is passionately involved in the education of her two children via a homeschooling co-op where Samantha is a volunteer teacher for classes in art and career skills for 10th-12th graders. Outside of work and teaching, Samantha is an avid home chef and baker, best known for her sourdough starter, Doughvinci. She enjoys spending time with her loving husband, two children, and their four dogs, balancing a busy professional life with her deep love for family, learning, and great food.   • Today's member spotlight is fundraising professional Chris Bechle! Chris Bechle is a Senior Development Officer at the Rochester Regional Health Foundation. He has a focus on corporate philanthropy and assists community partners in supporting the areas that mean most to them across the Rochester Regional Health system. With a background in nonprofit fundraising, Chris has a passion for driving positive impact in the region he was born and raised, and helping to revolutionize healthcare in his community through philanthropy. His favorite part about his professional role is creating and cultivating meaningful relationships through a shared purpose to make a difference. Chris earned his B.S. in Human Development from Binghamton University, where he was also a member and two-time captain of the men’s lacrosse team. Following his time at Binghamton, Chris pursued his M.S. in Sport Management at State University of New York Cortland. Thinking he would spend his career in the world of athletics following his time at school, he now credits his non-traditional path to nonprofit fundraising as providing him a diverse set of experiences and skills to get him to where he is today. Outside of work, Chris is a junior varsity and youth lacrosse coach in the Fairport Central School District. He enjoys the opportunity to teach life lessons to younger generations through sport, something that he is grateful for in his own life. He also serves on the White Haven Preservation Foundation Board and is a member of Rochester Rotary. In 2023, Chris was a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce IGNITE Award Finalist. In his free time, Chris is an avid golfer, supporter of the Buffalo Bills and Ohio State Buckeyes football teams, and fan of live music. He enjoys spending time with friends, family, his wife Paige, and Australian Shepherd named Peggy. Join us in congratulating Chris on today's well deserved member spotlight!

  • Today's member spotlight is on Real estate entrepreneur Josh Rosenberg! Josh is the owner of Rosey Real Estate based out of Rochester, NY. Started in 2018 Rosey Real Estate has purchased over 60 single family homes and 300,000sqft of industrial space. Josh and his team have a passion for revitalizing old, run down industrial buildings; transforming them into useable space for local businesses. Previously Josh studied at SUNY Maritime earning a Small Vessels Operation degree along with a 1600 Ton mates license. Josh worked in the Gulf of Mexico on an oil tanker for 5 years to supplement his growing business. In his free time he loves to take the boat out and hangout on Fire Island, NY.   • Today's spotlight is higher education expert Matt Brown, MPA! Matt Brown currently serves as the Director of Admissions and Student Services at St. Bernard's School of Theology & Ministry, a Catholic graduate school located in Rochester, NY that serves students locally within upstate NY, but also all over the country and the world. He has over 8 years of experience in higher education, as well as a background in sales and politics. Matt holds a B.A. in Politics (with a minor in Theology & Religious Studies) from The Catholic University of America and then eventually went on to receive a MPA from SUNY Brockport. During his time as an undergraduate, Matt interned for the U.S. House of Representatives. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Rochester program, class of 2023.   Matt is passionate about exceptional synchronous online education, firmly believing that this online format is the standard going forward for post-secondary education. At St. Bernard’s, Matt creates and implements a comprehensive student recruitment plan within the markets served by St. Bernard’s, as well as always exploring new markets that would benefit the institution. Over the years, he has helped increase enrollment by over 90%, as new students from all over the world continue to be drawn by the academic programs, courses, and events that St. Bernard’s offers. If you are ever in the local Rochester area, please stop by the school or reach out to Matt directly, he would love to give you a tour of the campus!   In his free time, Matt enjoys being with his family, especially spending time with his wife and daughter. Matt is also a member of the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities of the Finger Lakes and a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Phelps Library and STEAM Lab Makerspace. Being connected and engaged with the community is incredibly important to Matt. He is a 3rd degree Knight of Columbus and a member of St. Benedict Parish in Canandaigua/Bloomfield. Matt considers himself a lifelong learner and is always looking for the next challenge and opportunity
