Most recently, she led her team to transform Perle Mesta at The Skirvin Hilton Oklahoma City, balancing historic charm with modern luxury for Chef Andrew Black. Designed by Robinson Park Design & Build, the space preserves original details while incorporating custom elements like Barcelona chandeliers and repurposed stained glass. This thoughtful renovation, in collaboration with CORD Construction, enhances both the Skirvin’s legacy and Oklahoma City’s culinary scene.
