I'm so excited to officially announce the launch of my first company, Ripi!
Ripi is a frozen pasta brand focused on creating restaurant-worthy stuffed pasta without the reservation. Our goal is to empower home chefs by providing more sophisticated yet accessible (and delicious) pasta that they can enjoy from the comfort of their own home!
At Ripi, our mission is simple: we handle the hard stuff so you can enjoy more of the good stuff. We source the best ingredients from sustainable farms, craft every bite with care and flash-freeze our pasta at peak freshness. Whether it's slow-braised short rib, roasted sweet potato or gooey chicken parm, each ravioli is packed with flavors you'd expect from a top restaurant - but made to enjoy from your home or wherever life takes you!
