 🚧 Join this Exciting RILEM Initiative for Sustainable Pavements! 🌍 Are you working on alternative paving materials (APMs)? Do you have field data on APM performance? Want to contribute to a global initiative driving sustainable road infrastructure? ▶️ Task Group 3 (TG3) under the RILEM Technical Committee (TC) on Alternative Paving Materials: Design and Performance is actively gathering and analyzing real-world field performance data on paving composites containing APMs. By leveraging insights from global datasets, existing field sections, and accelerated pavement testing facilities, TG3 aims to develop implementation and monitoring guidelines for APMs in practice. 🌍 TG3 Key Objectives: ✅ Collect and analyze global field performance data from road authorities, DOTs, and past research. ✅ Utilize AI and machine learning to identify macro trends in APM performance. ✅ Explore short- and long-term monitoring strategies for APMs in real-world conditions. ✅ Facilitate the preparation of new field sections for evaluation, where possible. ▶️ TG3 Leadership: ⚒️ Chair: Krishna Prapoorna Biligiri ⚒️ Co-Chairs: Avishreshth Singh, James Grenfell, and Chen Chen ⚒️ TC Co-Chairs: Augusto Cannone Falchetto and Fan Yin 🔗 Interested in contributing?
