Today marks another milestone in Rezilient Health’s growth with the launch of our two new sub-brands — Rezilient Primary Care and Rezilient Multispecialty Care — along with our first specialty care programs, Musculoskeletal Health and Weight Loss. While Rezilient Health has always been centered around primary care, our new Multispecialty Care vertical allows us to introduce focused specialty programs to address the most critical healthcare needs of our patient populations. Our specialty providers will work alongside the primary care providers that our patients already know and trust, for zero dollars out of pocket to patients. Our employer customers get a more unified experience and no longer have to juggle multiple point solutions that struggle to prove their value. Integrating specialty care into established primary care will continue to help employers contain their healthcare costs, while offering their people a faster time to treatment and better health. REZILIENT MUSCULOSKELETAL HEALTH Addressing one of the top cost drivers for employer-sponsored health plans, Rezilient Musculoskeletal Health combines physical therapy with primary care, a combination of care that is proven to have better outcomes than MSK-only solutions. REZILIENT WEIGHT LOSS While GLP-1 medications have gained attention for their effectiveness in weight loss, adherence and sustained results have varied widely. Rezilient Weight Loss combines GLP-1 management with personalized nutrition and lifestyle modification, for an holistic, longitudinal approach that is proven to improve adherence and results. Despite our clinical outcomes performing above the 90th percentile in every key measure, patient experience is a crucial part of provider performance. Every Rezilient member gets the chance to give NPS feedback after every visit. Our current NPS score is 95/100. The average NPS for primary care is 30. Our 2024 Clinical Outcomes Report demonstrates our value-based clinical outcomes by benchmarking them against national standards for in-person care. On all key national measures, Rezilient's hybrid model performed better than the 90th percentile for in-person primary care. The fact that none of our patients have seen a doctor in person, and that our remote providers are performing better than 90th percentile of in-person providers is an incredible achievement. How Rezilient's hybrid model outperforms traditional primary care: When we first evaluated our hybrid care model where all care interactions are remote, whether they were via telehealth or in person at the CloudClinics, our first goal was to maintain high quality care without the doctor in the room. As we built out the model, it became very clear that not only can we do it, that in many ways is significantly better.
