RHSHC Service Excellence Star ⭐ Congratulations to Jeannie Freidhof, Utilization Review Nurse, for being the recipient of the Service Excellence Star Award! Jeannie has worked at RHSHC for almost 30 years and was recognized for her Compassion. Her nominations read: “Jeannie is the most compassionate nurse you may ever meet. I have seen it all first hand and know there is not a task too big for her to tackle when making sure our patients’ needs are met. She shows empathy and kindness to everyone she encounters. From arranging transportation to providing clothing for those patients in need, she does it all with never a complaint. Jeannie is the first point of contact for our swing bed patients and coordinates with many other hospitals to make it possible for patients to come here to regain strength with the hope to return home. Need a flight home to a different state? You got it, Jeannie will find a way to make it happen. I have heard her say on many occasions, ‘I do this because it is how I would want my family to be treated,’ and I think that statement speaks volumes about her character.” Thank you for all you do at RHSHC!!
