  • Big congratulations to reframe52 cofounder Karen Chan on her election to the school board! Karen ran on a powerful platform rooted in quality education, safe environments, and community voices. As Karen shared: “I am committed to giving back by helping our school district grow and evolve—ensuring every child has access to the best education possible. There is no greater investment we can make in our community than that.” We couldn’t agree more. Her dedication to cultivating belonging, inclusive education, and compassionate leadership inspires us every day. With Karen at the table, we know change is not only possible—it’s already happening. We’re so proud of you, Karen! 💛 #EquityInEducation #InclusiveSchools #RepresentationMatters #WomenInLeadership #PublicSchoolsForAll

  • At reframe52, we’re always reflecting on how power, privilege, and social norms shape the workplace. This week, we’re unpacking why feminized leadership traits continue to be overlooked, how rigid gender norms limit leadership potential for people of all genders, and why it’s time for workplaces to expand their existing leadership models.
