This milestone marks the completion of the building’s structural framework — one step closer to delivering an incredible new space for the community! Huge thanks to our awesome project partners — CROFT & Associates, Reeves Young, Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC), Geo-Hydro Engineers, Inc., and many others — for helping bring this vision to life for Bartow County Parks & Recreation. We ended 2024 with 85% of our mainline trail either complete or under construction. This year, our team is working harder than ever to bring the remaining portion of the 22-mile loop to life — including our Northwest Trail, which will feature the Beltline's first suspension bridge. Last week, our design and construction team managed the bridge’s first cables going up. Congrats to the team on such an exciting milestone. I can't wait to watch this project continue to progress! Last week, our Nashville team celebrated the groundbreaking of the Pearlene M. Bransford Complex Park in Franklin, TN. This 188-acre park will feature four natural turf fields, a lighted synthetic turf multi-purpose field, a central restroom/concession/storage building, a maintenance facility, an inclusive playground, a paved 12-foot perimeter trail, site lighting, landscaping, and hardscaping throughout. This project is about more than just new facilities—it’s about investing in public spaces that bring people together. At Reeves Young, we believe in the power of well-designed public spaces to enhance quality of life, promote healthy living, and create lasting memories for generations to come.

Another successful ribbon cutting to celebrate the renovation work for Georgia Piedmont Technical College on their Newton and Clarkston campuses. At Reeves Young, we recognize the critical role higher education plays in building stronger communities and brighter futures, and we are proud to support Georgia Piedmont Technical College in its mission to provide top-tier learning environments. Campus upgrades included a renovated main lobby area, a new café, and a bookstore at the Clarkston campus. The Newton campus upgrades provided a full uplift including new flooring, lighting, storefront doors, and renovated restrooms.
