Tomy brings over 30 years of combined military, civilian, and advisory experience in research analysis and counter-WMD data analysis. Prior to joining us, he supported DTRA's Strategic Effects Division as an Asymmetric Threat Operations Research Analyst, where he was instrumental in analyzing structured and unstructured data for senior military decision-makers. His unique combination of technical skills in data analysis, organizational assessment, and strategic planning makes him ideally suited to support DTRA's Strategic Integration Directorate in addressing national defense priorities outlined in the National Defense Strategy.
