Updated Real Food Blends meals are here for your patients! We’ve made minor ingredient and nutrient updates to our 6 original meal varieties. Each meal is still made with 100% real food, has the same calories per pouch, and is reimbursed by many insurance plans under HCPCS B4149. Although your patients may continue to receive the previous meals for a short time, the updated versions are rolling out now.
