Each year, #TeamRCFGroup and Haworth team up to facilitate a group of students from University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning to visit One Haworth Center and learn about the furniture manufacturer and dealership relationship dynamic within the design industry. Students are given the opportunity to ask questions and learn about products, current trends, and tour the expansive showroom.

RCF Group partnered with Goodwill Industries of Kentucky to bring their ew West Louisville Opportunity Campus to life, creating a multi-functional space that supports both Goodwill and co-located nonprofits like KentuckianaWorks and Volunteers of America. The vibrant HQ features classrooms, job training centers, and a community dental clinic. By implementing strategic cost-saving measures—such as early furniture procurement and securing donations—RCF Group enabled Goodwill to save substantially, allowing them to reinvest funds into vital community programs. Working with an MBE installer, RCF Group emphasized inclusivity and collaboration throughout the project, which wrapped in early 2024.
