I joined Partnership for New York City, fellow DAs and survivor advocacy groups in support of proposed changes to our discovery laws. The proposed amendments by Governor Kathy Hochul will protect crime victims and communities while safeguarding the rights of the accused.

I am happy to welcome six new lawyers to the Queens District Attorney's Office as part of our Spring Class of 2025. The talented Assistant District Attorneys chose to start their prosecutorial careers in Queens and join us in our mission to keep our borough safe, while also ensuring a fairer and more just criminal justice system for all. We look forward to guiding and mentoring them every step of the way. More info: https://bit.ly/41RNPLV

#SCOTUS issued a decision that will help save lives; upholding federal regulations that govern the sale of kits used to make ghost guns. My office has seen firsthand the damage these guns cause, and we authored an amicus brief in support. We are grateful for this ruling.
