Through a team-building exercise with Urban Land Institute, we stepped into the shoes of developers, facing the real-world challenges that come with transforming communities. From balancing housing needs and economic opportunity to navigating stakeholder priorities, this simulation was a powerful reminder of the intricate decisions our Community Quarterback Organizations (CQOs) and leaders navigate every day. This work isn’t easy. It takes vision, persistence, and deep collaboration to create neighborhoods where families can truly prosper.
