This year, we are excited to support a Black-owned coffee retailer based in Los Angeles, by providing their ground coffee to all our team members. In light of the recent hardships faced by the Los Angeles community due to devastating fires, we feel deeply committed to uplifting and supporting local businesses. 🎖️ Honoring Our Heroes on Veterans Day 🎖️ This Veterans Day, we are proud to recognize and celebrate the courageous persons who have served in the United States Armed Forces. At Prime Residential, we are committed to honoring their sacrifices by designating November 11th as a paid holiday for all our team members. We are also excited to share that we have partnered with Hire Heroes to ensure that veterans are provided with equal opportunities to join and thrive within our company. September 15th marks the beginning of Latinx Heritage Month, a time to recognize and honor the cultures, contributions, and resilience of Latine, Latinx, Hispanic, and Latino-identified communities around the world. The Latinx community continues to contribute to the history and excellence of Prime Residential, as well as our country, and we are proud to have Latinx representation among our Prime team members. To celebrate, we are supporting a Latina-owned skincare business by shipping skincare kits to our team members at all Prime locations. We look forward to celebrating Latinx Heritage Month alongside our team!

During the month of August, Prime recognizes Women’s Equality Day to honor the suffragists who fought for equality and women’s rights to vote. These pioneering efforts brought us to where we are today, influencing the culture we invest in at Prime which is focused on ensuring that every individual feels empowered.

June is Pride Month, a time to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and emphasize the importance of inclusion. Fostering an inclusive workplace environment is one of our five core values at Prime Residential, and it makes us stronger as a team.    As part of our Pride Month celebration, we're thrilled to support an LGBTQ+ owned confectionery by sending some of their treats to all of our team members across our portfolio and offices. Local to the Bay Area, they are environmentally friendly, and a member of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce.    We are one team standing together and honored to celebrate Pride Month!

This May, we are celebrating Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month by providing our Prime Residential team members with tickets to local museums and art exhibits that showcase artists with connections to these cultures. Art plays a multifaceted role in our reflection of the past and influences our collective future. We are grateful for the many contributions of the AANHPI community and look forward to celebrating together!
