Today, Pretium announced the closing of our inaugural homebuilder finance vehicles, with $550 million in capital commitments. Through these vehicles, Pretium plans to originate up to $5 billion in loans to homebuilders to create critically needed new and renovated housing stock across the U.S. Our Head of Real Estate Joshua Pristaw spoke with Harrison Connery from PERE to share more details on how this geographically diversified fund will help increase the housing supply by providing financing for approximately 12,000 new homes in key markets across the country.
