Here's what might make you a good fit: -You will do whatever it takes to get leads; this may be building a form; it may be acting as an SDR; and it even may be flying with me to events and colleges. You do whatever it takes and you can demonstrate you have done so in the past. -You have demonstrated experience in overachieving revenue goals and understand every piece of the funnel - from MQL through closed deal. You love direct response marketing and while you know how to build a brand from the ground up - your success is measured in “the bottom line”. -You have a strong eye for copywriting and design. But you also constantly test and optimize both. -You can tell a story that excites customers and builds a movement - whether that be through text, video, or another medium -You might know playbooks but you know you have to break patterns to stand out -You’ve worked in a bootstrapped start-up and know how to deliver on goals with no budget.     During EdTech week, a university president spoke about career services. "Here's how we help our students," she said before showing a 4-pager. It explained all SIX tools they use to "innovate" in career services. But that's SIX different tools that students have to remember. And that's SIX different tools that advisors have to manage. Simply buying more tools is NOT how to drive outcomes. Instead, schools need fewer, better career services tools. Tools that students actually like and remember to use. Tools that minimize admin work - not increase it. Tools that both boost and track job outcomes. That's how career services can truly innovate. And that's how you get students hired.
