Just like bison instinctively charge into a snowstorm to get through it faster, job seekers should face challenges head-on rather than avoiding them. Here’s how this applies to finding a job: 💡 Face the Market Head-On – Instead of waiting for the "perfect time" or avoiding rejection, take proactive steps every day. The sooner you push through, the sooner you’ll find the right opportunity. 💡 Embrace the Struggle – Rejection, ghosting, and frustration are part of the process.
