  • We’re so grateful to everyone who contributed to our baby supply drive! Thanks to your generosity, we collected 8,000+ items to support local families. These essentials will be shared at Schenectady Community Action Program’s Community Baby Shower and Community Action of Greene County Inc.’s Food Pantry. We're proud to support the organizations and appreciate your help in giving babies in our communities a strong, healthy start!

  • According to the Homeless and Travelers Aid Society (HATAS), 33% of Albany children face food insecurity on weekends—when school meals aren’t available. Each Friday during the school year, their Feed & Read program delivers food and books to over 300 students, helping reduce absenteeism and ease the burden on families. Thank you to our incredible employee volunteers who have supported this important work to help create lasting change. #AllTogetherForward

  • Pioneer was honored to sponsor the inaugural She Means Business event, hosted by RCS Community Business Association celebrating Guinevere Gorman. As founder of Grace Roofing, she is breaking barriers in a male-dominated industry all while giving back through her work with R.D.I. Supporting women-owned businesses and championing female leadership is part of our commitment to progress, and we’re proud to have been a part of this inspiring event.

  • Check out this amazing artwork from the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market! Thanks to contributions like ours, local artists have transformed the Troy Atrium with vibrant murals that capture the market’s spirit. See these murals and more in person while shopping fresh produce, handmade goods, and delicious food every Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM indoors through April. #SupportLocal

  • This past weekend, Pioneer had the opportunity to support two incredible events, reinforcing our commitment to empowering the next generation of women leaders. At Daubing for Dollars, a team of employees had a blast shouting “BINGO!" while supporting Girls Inc. of the Greater Capital Region's mission to inspire young women to be strong, smart, and bold. At the Columbia County Chamber Women’s Luncheon, our VP of Business Banking, Jenifer Marten, noted the importance of supporting women in leadership and business prior to an inspiring keynote by speaker Jené Luciani Sena.
